The WallStreet Journal reported that luxury handbag maker Coach has sued Target Corp,Coach Kristin Bags, alleging the national retailer is selling handbags that infringe on its designs. The New York luxury goods company's Coach Services Inc. unit, in a lawsuit filed in U.S. District Court in Manhattan on Thursday, claims Target is selling handbags that are "confusingly similar" to Coach's Ergo and Signature Patchwork lines of handbags. Sneak Peek- Chanel Fall 2011 Handbags

When we started this website, Purse Blog seemed like a perfectly fitting name. But over time I realized that I tend to use the word handbag more than purses. While braids are such a trademark of young girls, I never quite liked them. Even though Stella McCartney doesn't use animal products in her bags, that hasn't stopped her line from becoming popular among celebrities and other notable fashion-influencers. You know something that really grinds my gears...when a store advertises a bag a certain way,cheap coach handbags, and then you later realize there are various parts you have to buy to make it look that way. I know it is all about presentation. But even online? You mean to tell me that online they do that too? Well they do. I ran into this Prada Leather Envelope Bag and thought it was so tastefully done. But read the specs a little further to see that the butterfly trick is sold separately. Is that not false advertisement?? (Ok it's not since they mention that it is sold separately but still the picture really got my hopes up high) The rest of the bag is really quite cute. It is made of gold leather,coach usa, with a detachable silver chain strap, and silver metal hardware. The dimensions of this little one are 5"H x 7 4/5"W. The leather bag is actually quite reasonably priced for Prada, $334 via Neiman Marcus, and the butterfly trick (which adds such a beautiful touch to the bag) is of course a whopping $138 also through Neiman Marcus. Fashion Herald has a recent post about Lucky Bags. I've never owed one,coach outlet online, or really seen anything that caught my eye until my beloved Nancy Botwin on Weeds started carrying around a beautiful slouchy hobo Lucky Bag. There are some colors that I think can be used throughout the entire year. Sure, the color might really pop during one season more than another, but none-the-less, the color works year round. Fashion Week Handbags- Louis Vuitton Spring 2011

In hindsight, perhaps last season's demure, ladylike Louis Vuitton show should have tipped us off that Louis Vuitton Spring 2011 would be a wild, colorful ride through safari and Asian kitsch. Creative director Marc Jacobs doesn't like to go in any one direction for more than a few moments at a time, and a collection with a strong point of view is always a good indication that the next collection will be just as strong,coach purses, but in the opposite direction.Instead of last season's dozens of neutral variations on the classic Speedy theme, Vuitton gave us loud,coach clearance, colorblocked clutches and small shoulder bags that screamed in artfully clashing technicolor. Logos were visible (this is Louis Vuitton, after all), but other than a few clutches that proclaimed VUITTON in all capitals, the famous monogram was less obtrusive than it usually is in the average LV collection. Well, there is something I like about this bag yet I can't quite put my finger on it. I do like the tan leather color and the gold hardware. So, that's a start. The West/Feren McCoy Bag is a versatile bag that can be carried by someone young or someone a bit older. Yes,Coach Crossbodys, I think that is what has pulled me in with this bag, the versatility. While some of you might be hoping for the stud trend to end sooner rather than later, I don't think it is going anywhere anytime soon. Yet, since it has been at the forefront for a bit now, at least designers are starting to realize what works and what looks simply ridiculous. The diamond-shaped studs at the front of the bag along with a metal ring and snap closure at the flap front pocket work well together. From the picture at hand you would never know there is a detachable shoulder strap option, but alas, there is.
